We’re currently building the next chapter of Surf House, including a brand-new swimming pool and exciting improvements throughout the property. While construction is underway, our current swimming pool will be temporarily closed and some areas of the hotel will have limited access.

Paredon Surf House is a welcoming beach house and beach hotel located in the small fishing village of El Paredón, a surfing spot conveniently located 2 hours from Guatemala City and Antigua.
Enjoy the beach or our freshwater swimming pool; surf some of Guatemala’s most consistent waves; or enjoy beach volleyball, organized boat tours of the mangrove natural reserve, community tours and activities, or turtle watching.
